Assessment and handling of customer feedback
Customer feedback is extremely important to us; by getting feedback it we are able to face matters that need improvement. On the other hand, customer feedback also indicates customer satisfaction about matters that are performed well. We welcome both!
We collect continuous customer feedback from the users of our services. Feedback results will be analyzed together with our staff and also if needed, with our key co-operative players.
In addition to customer feedback research, we continuously collect informal customer feedback in all of our units. We also inform our customers about the handling of their feedback and publish the numerical grades of our services monthly on the company website.
