    We collect continuous customer feedback from the users of our services. Feedback results will be analyzed together with our staff and also if needed, with our key co-operative players.

    In addition to customer feedback research, we continuously collect informal customer feedback in all of our units. We also inform our customers about the handling of their feedback and publish the numerical grades of our services monthly on the company website.

    Online appointment booking 24/7

    We are now using an online appointment booking system at in which you can login and choose the suitable auto repair shop. Maintenance/repair bookings can be made 24/7. You will receive the first confirmation already when booking the appointment and the second one when the foreman has handled the booking. You can also choose to have a cost estimate sent by an e-mail.

    The booking system is in real time. When you need an urgent maintenance/repair appointment please call to the repair shop or send us a contact form with a message “Urgent need for maintenance/repair”. Our foremen will check the available times and your need for repair can be taken care of promptly. 

    We have taken a step towards better communication: You can choose when to book the appointment for maintenance and if you wish you can also get the cost estimate by e-mail.
